The road was absolutely crazy, rocks, rivers, steep climbs, cliffs; we were all thrown from one side of the car to the other, but we were rewarded by a breathtaking view of Manaslu (8000m+) and a moonshine just before getting to Koto.
We met the team of porters who drove ahead of us in a truck. The amount of gear is enormous.
Tomorrow no more driving, we walk and we are all super excited about it.

My thoughts are with you guys.

Namaste!
ReplyDeleteWe have all finished Taiwan 70.3 and now I am eagerly reading/waiting for your blog for updates. I can imagine the climb must be beautiful although tough at times. The struggle makes the journey so much more satisfying. Looking forward to hearing the stories and seeing the pictures. Enjoy and be safe!
Climb on,
Stuart
